Office turns to be Independent

A Company should always compose of an Owner, Board, Employees, Office and Rules & Policy. But how about without an owner or a boss? Will that be possible?

Well..well it is very possible for Isla Bead Company for this year 2010. It will be the first time for the company that has no Boss for 1 year. What should we feel? Happy or Sad? But the mere fact that they will leave the company to our hand, is such a flattering feeling because it means that they trusted us here. Right? Of course, we are not super happy because it is not good to hear that they will fly in the US to sell their house in order to save money for the tax. We really don't have complain with the management because they are all kind and understanding. We wish them best gudluck in their trip. Sometimes we cannot deny the fact that we will be happy when they're gone because it means that we are free. Well, its not always like that, but because we always feel intimidated with our boss that's why we always act awkwardly after their present so sometimes we want them out.

I think it's more fulfilling if you have done your job well without the supervision of your Boss. It can enhance your analysis, decision making and professionalism.

I just hope we really deserve the trust and love of the company. Oh God, keep us away from temptation and guide us to the right way.

The Reunion June 2010

Last week is such a beautiful and memorable week for me. Its good to see your new friends and your close friends bond together. I really believe that friends are always a blessings from God. They are the one whom you can run in times of trouble and happiness. Of course there will always be rough days like misunderstanding and fight but the special thing about friendship is that, it can naturally heal the wound of hatred. :D :D

Bohol Escapade 2010

April 2010 is one of my memorable date of my Life because I'm starting to loosen up my self inhibition and guilt. This was the first time I let go all my fears and problems. In-short my first island vacation and that is the beautiful island of Bohol!! Yahoo!! It was truly a memorable because with me is my friends namely: Wheng, Michille and Kris. We called it "All the Single Ladies Trip. I never thought that it is really regretful if ever I declined the invitation because I will surely miss the beautiful scenery, fresh air, breath taking beach, tasty foods and wonderful friends bonding.

Never before Scene!!

First step on the Land of Bohol from a 4-hour ride of Cokaliong Shipping. What a wonderful sunshine!! So excited for a long trip ahead ►►

Sagbayan Peak is a nice place to breath cool air and refresh your mind from polluted air in the city. It is a nice place to have picnic with your whole family. Children will really love the cartoon character statue and its wide playground especially in the Kid's Town. It is a best place for exercise also for those who want to get slimmer in a natural way with very natural environment.

My Favorite spot in Sagbayan Peak. Overlooking of Chocolate Hills and Farms. Cool breeze & Go Green Scenery!! ♥♥♥

The Sandugo was a blood compact, performed in the island of Bohol in the Philippines, between the Spanish explorer Miguel López de Legazpi and Datu Sikatuna the chieftain of Bohol on March 16, 1565, to seal their friendship as part of the tribal tradition.

How can you Forgive when you can't Forget?

In my whole life, I can say that I met a vast of different characters of people and I am proud to say that I have deal it very well. There is nothing wrong with every person, maybe the bottom line is that every person have a unique approach in every situation which some people can't understand because they have their own solution too. The worst thing is, if they are close-minded and has the hard time to fight their "ego" then a "Big Bang" theory will happen. It means that there will be a clashed of indifference that leads to a fight but of course it can be prevented through "OPEN COMMUNICATION". There is no problem that cannot be solve when you know how to listen & talk.

It was just last night that I witnessed again a very sentimental reconciliation of group of FRIENDS. I adore them for being so honest and very cooperative on my open forum for them. Of course I was not the hero there because I was also involved in their misunderstanding. Maybe I was just an instrument for them to loosen up and face their fear. When a person is currently feels hurt & hate, it is not a right time to fix things because your brain and heart are not in good condition. Yes, it's hard to forgive person especially if the damage is freshly made but come to think of it, why God gave us Brain?? It is because we need to use it for thinking and storing good & bad memories so that we can retrieve it when another trials comes to our way. It is easy to forgive if we know how to listen & talk. Yes, we can't forget especially bad memories but try also to value the good memories because it worth double the prize.

Life is really exciting especially if you have someone to share with like your friends, family & love-ones.
