My Aikido Goal turns into a Habit

Have you tried reminiscing your childhood dream that you feel determined to achieve it without thinking of any blocker or limitation? The time where our mind is so pure and innocent.  :-) :-) :-)

I guess you can all agree that we all have that moment. I can still remember vividly when I am sitting under a Langka Tree in the old house of my Lolo Panyong or above the Guava tree of my Lolo Dorico's house, I can say that I am a full dreamer  because I always have a day dream that I want to be like this... I want to try this... I will be like that .... someday I can be .... I can do it!

After 30 years, one of my dream was fulfilled and that is to join a martial art for a self defense. At first, I am confused on what class to take but finally I picked AIKIDO. I chose it because of its way of execution and its harmony of action. It is like a meditation rather than a physical exercise. It will improve your mental and physical skills. "The goal of Aikido training is not perfection of a step or skill, but rather improving one's character according to the rules of nature. - Aikido Aikikai Foundation"

Truly I am now an Aikido enthusiast because before it was just a goal to try on but now its like a habit to me.  My week will not be complete if I will miss the practice. I also have now more questions on the technique and I also realized that I still not doing it right so I should practice more. You can see its simple but if you will really deeply understand Aikido, you will say its hard.

Aikido is already a part of my regular routine and I'm hoping that I can practice it in the coming years to come. :-)

My Friendship with a Cause Started

Once upon a time, it all started with our Friendship....

Three years ago, I started to share my deep advocacy for children to my friends during our regular chit-chat day. I am very happy that they also have the same desire as mine which is to share joy to children especially during the Christmas season. 

So, this is how our "Friendship with a Cause" started and it spreading the good vibes throughout our circle of friends. We are not a networking experts but by God's grace, we are able to encourage our friends to share their blessings to these little kids. 

Our ultimate goal is to give a genuine joy to those kids who we're not financially stable and living in a remote area. We would like them to feel the christmas spirit of receiving gifts so that they can happily experience it and also they can feel being loved with other people. By this little gesture of gift giving, we can instill in the mind of these little kids the importance of "Sharing & Loving of Others".

After our first successful "Share Christ Joy" event in Calape Bohol last December 2015, it was then followed with our very fulfilling experience in Balugo Capoocan Leyte last December 2016. 

It become now our yearly advocacy which we are very thankful because it strengthen our friendship and it nurture our soul.

War Immunity for Children

This Syrian Civil War is a World Threat to Everyone. We are not spare to its danger of Massive Human Destruction. You, your Family, Relatives, Love-ones and Friends are not safe. Each and everyone of us will be a victim so we need to act NOW before its too late!

Yes, we feel the same. We feel Pity, Anger, Worried, Sympathy, Curious, Questionable Mind and Eagerness to Help.

Me too, I'm helpless and broke down when I saw these innocent kids who were victimized and tortured by this crazy adult war game. I instantly pray to God if he can give me a power so I can save them but I know its not how God handle this thing. Why these helpless kids need to suffer on things they did not do? Why? (Me Crying..)

I'm not Superman, Wonderwoman, Captain America or any Super Hero which has the power to stop this Evil World of War but I believe that I can do something in my own little ways. For now, I started on this blog to reach and encourage everyone in the world that we must unite to raise our voice to those International Leaders who started this war to STOP THIS NON-SENSE GREEDINESS OF POWER. Let us work together to promote Humanity in this world. We can beat this Crisis especially YOU!

The World is not for any Human to Own but it is for us to Live.

My BucketList @ 30

Hello to another important chapter of my Life! It was a very fulfilling and fruitful 30 years.  I am so grateful for all the experiences, achievements, and challenges that I conquered.

As we grow older, our priority and goals also change not just our "Age Number". When I was a little,  all I wish for is more foods like chocolate, candies, spaghetti, dress, shoes, toys and all thingy stuff because I think that is what I am lacking in order to be happy and satisfied. But as years passed, I'm getting mature and more mature (my POV only :-)) because I slowly understand myself on knowing what are the things I really need and makes me truly happy.

Social Media Awakener

As what the saying goes that learning is a continuous process which never stops while you are breathing. But we sometimes underestimate it because of the idea that we can easily earn knowledge through proper education in schools and universities. HEY STOP!! Do you know what is the trend now? How technology affects the faster propagation of information by a bit of a second???



Agree Me Now? The social media is now a daily commodity or an essential needs in the life of people especially the millennial generation. I see a funny video where a new born baby directly get the smart phone and take a selfie for his natal day... hahahaha This is how the projection of most analyst. It maybe sound funny but it is indeed possible. So, what's the deal on this? There will always be a 2 side of a coin. It has an advantage and a disadvantage.

I'm not an expert nor an analyst but for me lets use the advantages to leverage our knowledge-based to improve human life struggle and be cautious to the disadvantages then mitigate the consequence to avoid human-life destruction.

 We cannot Change the Change but we can ride on it  with "Responsible Wit". Embrace the Online life of Social Media and be updated on What Happen to the World Now?

I am a "A Go With the Flow" person as I don't like to limit the things I want to do base on the expectations of the external factor.

For those who knew me, they will surely describe me a Super Dreamy Person or A Woman with so Many Like !!!

Who cares?? It's free to Dream, Right? :-) For me, it is like a fuel to keep me going or an inspiration to have a meaningful life on earth. Yes, I have so many bucket-list but missing timeline because as I said I just go with the flow. What is important for me is that I have my checklist so that I will not be lost from my goals even if there are so many destruct ions.

Age?? No Pressure :) Even if others is pressuring me... Hahahahaha ... In this life, you just know your Happiness and Worth!

Just keep riding with me in my next journey :)

Another Best Day of my Life

This is again my best day of the year!!!

Of course, it is always surprising and exciting for me to celebrate my birthday every year because there is always something new. There are new friends earned, new opportunity, new environment, new events/theme and new blessings. I'm always grateful of what I have now today and what I lost from the previous years because it made me who I am now. I'm always getting better, stronger and prettier char! :)

Anyhow, I can't get this all things without the guidance of my one Savior Jesus Christ , my guardian angel Tatay Rex, my beloved family, relatives, best friend, true friends  and workmates. I can't sustain in this world without them that's why they are always part of my prayer as they are the reason of my World Existence.  Thank so much to you all.
